OPTIMIZATION PLAN

Petroval has a huge experience of catalyst change-out around the world and working with several catalyst handling companies (all of them have different ways to work, different logistic, are using different materials and technologies). Our target is to combine worldwide best practices to transfer them to selected catalyst handling company and refinery resulting in continuous improvement of one dedicated unit cat-change.

Based on the data collected through an audit on site during a turn-around, Petroval can study in detail all the steps of the loading and provides a fully detailed efficiency report. It will include the analysis of each steps and provides advices to apply all best practices that could be applied on your site: equipment / technologies selection, organization and planning review, maximization of the loading rates solutions, estimation of the time that could be saved, ...

This optimization plan will be used by our clients, Petroval and the loading companies for the preparation of the next turnaround.
