I joined the Petroval team as Workshop Manager (Maintenance & Logistics) immediately after I graduated. I also worked on the development of a quality management system which aimed to ensure customer confidence and satisfaction, by identifying and formalizing the measures that are necessary to achieve quality of services.
The organization in the company also allowed me to be involved in cross-functional roles (employee representative, project manager).
After 15 years of very enriching professional and personal experiences, I joined the sales department as a sales assistant, working in an atmosphere that is both serious and informal.
One feels a real "team spirit" within this small enterprise. In addition, the management of the company is accessible and attentive to the employees’ needs and aspirations, which adds that little extra for PETROVAL!
